Visit Longmen Grottoes which is a treasure house of ancient stone-carving art more than 100,000 stone statues here,varying from 2-centimeter to 17.14-meter high and extending for about 1,094 yards along both banks of Yi River.It's about 12 kilometers far away from Luoyang city.Along with Yungang Caves and Mogao Caves as well as Longmen Grottoes are regarded as the three most famous treasure houses of stone inscriptions in China.(1 hour).

Treat with typical lunch in local restaurant (40 minutes).Continue to visit Guanyu Temple.It's about seven kilometers south of Luoyang City, was built in 1596, during the reign of Emperor Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and was expanded in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It is called General Guan's Tomb as well.It is the place where Guan Yu's head was buried.He is a hero in Chinese history and is the only person respected by confucians, Buddhists and Taoists. (1 hour)

Go to view the White Horse Temple-- It was regarded as the "originating court" and the "cradle of Chinese Buddhism" by the Buddhist disciples. The temple mainly consists of Tianwang Hall, Great Buddha Hall, Daxiong Hall, Jieyin Hall, Qingliang Terrace and Pilu Pavilion, which are all distributing along the north-south central axis. (1 hour)
