Day by Day Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Urumqi
Our guide will pick you up when you arrive at the airport. You will find the guide is waiting for you at the exit after you reclaim your luggage. When you meet, the guide and driver will drive you back to the hotel and help you to check in. the rest of the day, you may enjoy shopping at the Bazaar. (B+L)

Day 02: Urumqi / Turpan
At 08:30 of this morning, you will meet the guide in the lobby to start your journey. First, you will enjoy the view of the Heavenly Lake by cruise, which is surrounded by alpine meadows and rugged snow-capped mountains densely covered in fir, pine and cypress. After local lunch, we will drive to visit the Karez Well--- an amazing irrigation system which made Turpan a rich oasis; another scenic spot is the Emin Minaret, a typical Uygur architecture. The last program arranged for you be the guest of a Uygur family and savour specialties like milk tea, nan, shish kebabs and poluo rice etc. Return to the hotel for the Uygur performance. (B+L)

Day 03: Turpan /Dunhuang
After breakfast, your English tour guide will wait for you in the lobby of the hotel and drive you to the Ancient City of Jiaohe - a World Heritage site. On the way, when we go to visit the Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves, we will pass by the Flaming Mountain, made famous by the story of the Monkey King. You will catch the overnight soft sleeper train to Dunhuang. (B+L)

Day 04: Dunhuang
Your English speaking tour guide will wait for you at the railway station and transfer you to the hotel. You will have a short rest at the hotel. After lunch, you will experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake. (B+L)

Day 05: Dunhuang-Lanzhou
Today your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel around 8:30 to visit the Mogao Caves - the world's richest treasure - trove of Buddhist manuscripts, wall paintings and statuary. After the lunch, take the afternoon flight to Lanzhou. (B+L)

Day06: Lanzhou
At 08:30 of this morning, you will meet the guide in the lobby and have the one day tour to visit the Waterwheel Garden and Binglingsi Grottoes. (B+L)

Day07: Lanzhou-Xiahe
After breakfast, your English tour guide will wait for you in the lobby of the hotel and drive you to Xiahe, you will have the local lunch and start to visit the Sangke Grassland. (B+L)

Day08: Xiahe-Lanzhou
We will start early to visit the Labrang Monastery and you will have a watch of the morning devotion there. Then drive back to Lanzhou. (B+L)

Day09: Lanzhou-Xi’an
Upon arrival, you will be driven to the hotel to check in. after a short rest, Xi’an guide will show you to visit the world’s oldest surviving city wall. We will show you to visit the east gate of city wall bye the way to go to the fengshui museum. After the museum, we will go to visit the Provincial History Museum., then back to hotel. (B+L)

Day 10: Xian
At 08:30 of this morning, you will meet the guide in the lobby to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It will take about one hour to get there. After finish the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum we will find a local restaurant try some local food. After lunch, back to city to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. (B+L)

Day 11: Xi'an Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, you may have all your belongings and luggage packed, check out of the hotel by yourself. Our guide and driver will drive you to the airport and help you to get the boarding pass. Happy tour ending~ (B)
